Looking for your customers contact details or would like to edit there information?
After signing in to your dashboard, on the left hand side menu click 'Customer' which will open up a drop down menu - as per below:
Select 'View All Customers' as per below, when you click on that the below page with load. On this page it will list all your customers, you can search via there name, email or mobile number in the search bar at the top.
You can click on the 3 dots to the right next to one of your customers information's which will give you 4 shortcuts to:
'Create plan' create a new plan for that customer
'Edit Customer profile' change customers details including, contact number, email address, name, along with other things.
'Bank/ Card details' You can update the customers payment details here
'ADHOC Transaction List' you can view a list of any ADHOC payments that customer has made
You can also click on the customers name and it will open up a new page as per below. Showing you there details with options on the right to edit the information as well.
